Occurs when you interact with a mob without an equipped item

If there isn't a reason why the installer shouldn't always place the jamrogue program at root, please change that. It'd make installing jamrogue on SimSoft easier.

Add Venom Arrows to shooters

Fix item and player inspection rarely not working

Instead of having to drop something in your full inventory, pick it up, then realize its crap, so drop it, and pickup your old item.

Improve room positioning

Sometimes rooms with difficult mobs for new players (goblins, dwarves) spawn immediately outside spawn - place them further away

game.main.connection.players gets duplicated when you respawn
