bug: estimated time left timer calculates wrong time

implement cache to remember last selected

Implement a cache for the GUI mode to remember last interface and pcap file selected if we start the GUI again. Try to see if we can use fyne's storage or just use a simple file in the appdata dir.

make list command return a nicely formatted table in terminal

split values and labels

Split Labels and their Values to separate items so that the UI gets more clear.
Need to add labels in the Interfaces pane
- NAME
- Description
- Address(es)
Also for the Replay pane:
- Avg Rate
- Rate kB/sec
- Sent kB
- nr of packets
- remaining time

Re-organize project layout

re-organize project layout, mostly the golang part.

decide if GUI first or CLI first

Probably good to decide if this should be a GUI application mainly and have a CLI secondly, or the other way around.

add about modal/page

Use context when running pcap send

Use contexts to handle the goroutines when sending pcap files to avoid the nil pointer errors when stopping the replay.

Not doing so causes a nil pointer exception when stopping
