Environment Setup

This assumes that you have Anaconda installed on your machine.

To setup the environment, run the following command:

conda env create -f environment.yml

To activate the environment, run the following command:

conda activate euics

Data

Data gathering, processing, ananlytics and related code used in this project is stored in the data directory.

GAT-Transformer

The GAT-Transformer model code is stored in the gat-transformer directory.

STGCN

The STGCN model code is stored in the stgcn directory.
