Description
The dropdown menu in the navbar is not working as expected on mobile devices. When the user clicks on the dropdown icon, the menu does not expand. This issue is only present on mobile devices and works fine on desktop browsers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the website on a mobile device
2. Click on the dropdown icon in the navbar

Expected Result
The dropdown menu should expand and display the menu items.
Actual Result: The dropdown menu does not expand.

Description
