I' have been doing a lot of refactorings in this project, so it's time to update the README.MD files.

Encode query params before a request

The code below is the current logic of the getJobsByLinks function. As you can see this function always returns all values that correspond to those links received as a parameter.

But... In the context where the getJobsByLinks function is used, it only makes sense to get the jobs active in the database.

One way to fix this problem is to add {isActive: true} to the filter.

I also suggest renaming this function from getJobsByLinks to something like getActiveJobsByLinks to make more sense with the new condition.
