And as a last comment, I would say to add a link to the source of the data (where it’s hosted as raw, and from where it comes from) 

From a user perspective, I would recommend using titles and descriptions explaining what the visualisations are about. 
Example for the Ministry of Finance, you could add a title above the viz saying: 
" Budget of the Ministry of Finance - Year 2015" 
Same for the Bubble Tree and the list, as well for the 2d section with the Pie Chart and the other Treemap. 
Just give an introduction of what you're trying to show to the user and the visualisation will do the rest!

Also, I would recommend maybe highlighting as a big number somewhere the total amount of budget per ministry if that's a figure people can relate to.
