Campfire Coffee

This now generates a simulation of how many pounds of coffee beans are needed at different locations of a coffee shop, and prints the results out onto the page at data.html.

2015-01-15 - Improved layout, added content images, ipsum, etc.

2015-01-16 - Added Javascript to generate second table on data.html listing the number of customers served at each location. Revised locations.html to show the addresses in Flexboxes, and added links to Google Maps for each location. Kudos go to David Heyduck for offering the new open-sourced Campfire Coffee logo.

2015-01-17 - Cleanup: added doctype declarations, made sure Git was current and all conflicts resolved.
