Hey Dean, you may want to check this out and see if swapping to a hard link works. There may be some sandboxing specific code for this? #8

I don't have the bandwidth to really dig into this otherwise, but will leave this issue open so that others can jump in. I may also reopen that previous issue even though it's a wontfix so there's some more visibility for it...

I see this too, the issue is that for some reason the OS X file dialog isn't positioning correctly. It's aligning the top edge to the bottom of the screen instead of to the toolbar -- perhaps because there is no toolbar in the SSB state (is there a way to change this?).

You don't need to restart the SSB, if you haven't clicked anywhere outside the SSB and lost focus you can hit escape to dismiss the hidden dialog.

Chrome appears to have solved this problem? (can't reproduce anymore in v29) Reopen/drop a comment if this is still a problem?

I can't reproduce in v29 either. Looks like they must have changed how the styling for the dropdown is rendered. Thanks for the update!
