Libbum's Planck Configuration

Working from the default configuration of the QMK firmware, this layout will at some stage in the future be used for my Planck.

Strongly influenced by sdothum. May investigate some ideas ojbucao in the future.

Unicode and Swedish characters

We need to add in Swedish modifiers and easy access to other international / unicode values.

Sym + ^ produces meta + ^

?? Each time I type the caret from the symbol layer the kde menu pulls up and dumps the caret there instead of the expected response of just a caret.

Drop triple tap on :

Nice if we used C#, but screws up rust too much, so there's no point.

Shift highlighting doesn't work

Say you press end then shift+home, that shit should highlight a line of text. Certainly doesn't at the moment.

Swap triple and double with brackets etc

I see no reason to have ""_ before "_"

Mouse layer failures

Something odd is going on with the mouse layer and symbol layer sometimes. We get into a weird loop of pasting clipboard content only. Probably something to do with the space/enter swap.

Modify mouse speed

Could probably do with the movement being a damn sight faster.

Latex and programming macros

We have {},[] and () macros, but more complete possibilities (e.g. \begin{_}, where _ is the cursor position) could be included.
