Specify a --path and return only the routes inside that path.

• Adding an "apext.config.js" file
• Find file
• Read file config
• Cache file route (avoid finding the file on every command)

Config vars:

• include pages (and its fetching strategy)
• tsTemplate
• jsTemplate
• create: {defaults: {ts:true}}

This would be similar output to what next build produces with a list of all the pages.

Right now output is just unordered.
Sort the outputted routes that are in the api directory first in alphabetical order, then output directories in alphabetical order.
Repeat this process recursively for sub-directories.

When a user uses for example apext create a-new-route the name of the default import for that route should be aNewRoute
