Add a constructor function into the vmill runtime, which will call a vmill intrinsic function that basically toggles a boolean variable to say whether or not constructor functions were automatically invoked by LLVM's loader. If not, then made the code go and find and execute those functions.

Any uses of errno should be assigned to long rather than to int, and all uses of syscall.SetReturn should be inspected to make sure that a 64-bit syscall returns a 64-bit long in the error case.
