Create basic layout for the website

Contact Form simplified

Contact Form needs to have following fields:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Message

  • Submit button

  • Additional option to include INQUIRY for SERVICES/PRODUCTS that could be used to ask for quote/price of the products from dropdown list....
