Enhance readmeviz.txt documentation

I might be useful to document that the 3 zip files in public/data (AD, NYCOD and UD) should be unzipped before launching npm start, so the data can be loaded in Viz/VizContainer - componentWillMount() by d3.json and d3.csv.

package.json is missing

readmeviz.txt indicates

You should find the following files and folders in the app :
  - "package.json" : file including all the depencencies and their version used by the visualisation ;

There is no such file in the top repo but under Anon folder, this should be moved into upper folder ?
