新增一个命令快捷打开 对应的 翻译文件 双栏
- 新增一个默认配置，打开默认的翻译文件
- 在没有配置的情况下，弹出选项，选择语言
支持 移动 目录
目前只有移动文件才有 i18n 路径的变更
是否支持跨文件的 i18n 路径变更
目前是基于 触发事件 的文件，去做的文件内的 i18n key path 的路径变更 ,views.aaa.bbb -> views.ccc.bbb ，如此一来，如果其他的文件引用了该文件内的一些 i18n 内容，将会出现遗漏
支持右键复制文件路径使用 '.' 连接，而不是使用 文件 分割符
支持快捷键一键创建当前文件对应的 locale 文件
