DRCSC Voice Interaction System

This repository includes the configuration files for Asterisk to build the DRCSC Voice Interaction System.

This needs to be deployed to a compatible Asterisk server, configuration of which is available at https://github.com/linuskendall/drcsc-voice-server-config.

drcsc-voice's Issues

Set date on recordings and organize items by date

Set the date when messages are added and sort the added items by date. Do the same for replies.

QA - add notificaiton of replies via missed call

Add notification of replies via missed calls.

Keep track of "listened" messages

Allow each user/CALLERID to have a unique list of listened messages which would not need to be replayed automatically, allowing the user to listen to only the new messages which has arrived.

Users can delete messages&replies

Users should be able to delete messages and replies that they have recorded (but not replies that other people have recorded).

Create a registration feature

Create a feature which will allow users to register themselves on the service using their caller id and provide some meta data about their profile.

Deal with callerids which are not yet registered

Ensure that when a new callerid calls in we ask them to register

Users can listen to messages recorded

The user should be able to listen to existing recorded messages.

Link data card incoming calls to voice menues

Set-up the full link with the datacard incoming calls to link up with the voice menues and ensure that it works.

Check minimum length of messages

Enforce a minimum length of messages.

Allow direct archiving of replies

Allow a user to archive their replies directly from the menu.

Add a feature to allow user to listen and confirm their message before saving

The user should be able to listen and confirm their message before saving it, so that they can decide whether to post it or not.

User can listen to their own messages

The user should be able to listen to their own messages which they have recorded.

Reimplement "own-messages"

Reimplement the "own-messages" context so that it runs broadly the same actions as the "messages" does.

Introduce "listened" to for replies

Add the ability for replies to be marked as listened to, so that the interface can present "new" replies and "old" replies. Perhaps when listening to ones own message the system should report how many new replies there are.

QA - create a limitation on who can answer questions

Limit the people who can answer questions on the system.

QA / add introduciton message

Add the latest recorded introduction message.

Set-up notifications to allow a user to be notified when they receive replies

Notifications might be enabled using SMS or voice messages. Need to ensure the appropriate channel is used for notifications.

Allow user to confirm recording of message

Allow user to listen to their recording and confirm it.

QA - add replaying of replies if there are more than one question asked

Users can record a reply to messages

Users should be able to record replies to messages as well as listen to all replies.

User can record a message

The user should be able to record a new message to the system, having it saved together with meta-data.
