More like just a note - very minor, once or twice a minute each temp reading goes out of range value -127'C, resulting in full speed pump operation for the lenght of measurement error, cca 1 sec.

Would be a good fault prevention to ignore out of range value unless it lasts longer than 5sec and use last value measured?

Low priority, Can live with it as is.

Just noticed that if I start serial monitoring, while code/controller is already running, controller would shut down compressor output for a sec, resulting compressor not being able to restart due to lack of recycle delay between successive starts. hopefully this will be prevented with recycle delay, just something to watch out for when adding the delay.
Such a milestone though, I am making hot water finally, Thank you Sir!
