When a test is loaded in, it is not loaded in the correct order. It will be loaded in order 10,11,12,1,2,3 etc...

make the number of questions numeric up down change depending on items sleected in checkedlistboxes to maximum value unless user has previously changed numeric up down

The choice of random or not does not work. Questions will always be in a random order

Create a folder
create another folder
delete the second folder
both folder dissapear
Close app and open again - undeleted folder reappears

Only scale an image if it is outside of acceptable bounds
-allow user to set acceptable bounds?
If out of bounds, scale to the nearest bound
