Please tag a release and gpg sign

Would be great to have an official release of this tool tagged with an OpenPGP signature.
This way we can have users download and check the signature before trusting (removing the need to trust GitHUb).

I still have some minor visual formatting I'd like to do (eg: make it responsive for mobile users), but I thought I'd get this conversation started as security is more important :-)

p2sh-convert created incorrect LTC Address

I used the converter tool to convert an old style LTC address to the new format. I used the correct format address the tool spit out and sent LTC to it, not the LTC is sitting at said address and I can't access it.

Any advise? is it gone?

There are still some people that somehow manage to unintentionally send coins to this address, even though the address could not be copied.

Block explorers that support new format

Forgive me, I just ran across this and had to step away from my computer today. But before I do... I was wondering if there's a master list of blockchain explorers that support the new address(es). I was testing the code and resulting addresses on (chain.so, and a couple of others)... only they weren't able to recognize the resulting pattern. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

can you please delete the example address, or at least make some option without it?

We are linking this convertor in Trezor Web Wallet and our customers are sending funds there by mistake.

API for programatic access?

i.e. so one can curl this service like:

curl https://api.https://litecoin-project.github.io/p2sh-convert/{address}

The response would include the "other" address and which type it is - deprecated or P2SH.
