If the browser's window width is small enough to trigger the theme to move the sidebars to the bottom, there are two vertical lines. (Only relevant if e.g. the left sidebar is empty.)

Is it possible to change this behavior to only show one horizontal line for this use case?

Setup:
On our Hugo webpage, there is a dedicated support page: https://www.chat.etit.tu-darmstadt.de/support/
The content of this support page is also part of the right-hand side of the main webpage: https://www.chat.etit.tu-darmstadt.de/

Problem:
We use bullet points with content URLs like an external URL or Hugo Cloak Email. This produces an error with style and the generation of URLs because the whole sidebar is an URL to the page and the content itself creates other URLs.

The following source code produces the undesired behavior:

## Wartungszeitfenster

Der Zugang zum digitalen Lernzentrum ist üblicherweise jeden Tag rund um die Uhr möglich.
**Sonntags von 14 bis 18 Uhr ist Wartungszeit.**
In dieser Zeit ist die Erreichbarkeit der Plattform aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten möglicherweise eingeschränkt.

Output:

• "Unsere Email-Adresse: " links to the support page -> This should be okay, but the style of the text and the bullet point must not be changed.
