jybeam2k.py does not correctly correct for the PSF if the images are naturally weighted

Hi,

The script jybeam2k.py convert the image cube to kelvin with an approximation of the PSF. This will work approximatively well if the image are uniform weighted, but not if produced with natural weighting, because it will not correct for the weights in Fourrier space. Maybe add a note about that ? The correct way to this with naturally weighted images is to divide in fourrier space the image over the PSF, and back to image. This way you have an image in Jy/pixel that you can then convert to Kelvin easily.
