Docker container gh-actions workflow not running

Hello,

I checked your WSL2 kernel build, It keep build failure because of keyring signature.

It seems your docker container gh-actions workflow stopped, and that makes archlinux-keyring package cloudn't be updated in Archlinux image.

It is simple to fix. Just go to actions -> your workflow name and hit Enable workflow button.

It also seems have problem change to archlinuxcn mirror server. If you use docker image only in gh-actions, You don't need to change it.
