Is the machines list up to date? If we are still at nessus.at, we should at least acknowledge the long term relationship.

The ranking page is woefully out of date. Do we still need it?

Do we even do Ladder wars? I don't recall a game like that. Maybe better to have a page on the League and now to get included in those games instead?

We need more screenshots of the fc21 client in game in addition to the animated maps.

Some general thoughts on the Intro page:

• Internet is capitalized
• Using an emoji is horrible grammar [e.g. ;)]
• We should bump 30 mins to 30-45 mins a day. We should be honest that at certain points of the game 30 mins is not going to cut it if you are serious
• Change "usually played on Freeciv servers" to "usually played on varying Civilization servers". The corp games support online multiplayer too.
• Change "Fourthly, and for me this is" to "Fourthly, and for us this is". Let's use the plural form of the possessive.
• Change "Longturn.net games are starting a few times" to "Longturn.net games start a few times"
• Change "amount of idler as much" to "amount of idlers as much"
• The Types of Games section needs a complete rewrite. We have LTT, LTX games as rulesets. Could call out AVI and SIM as alternate rulesets. Then talk about how players assemble: Teamless/Free For All, Teams, League, etc.

Hi! To make it easy for other developers to setup a Longturn development environment,
I suggest you implement support for using Vagrant to setup a local server.

The Vagrant setup could create the database, setup and install all dependencies, build and run the www django project, build the longturn Freeciv server.

For example, here's how Freeciv-web handles Vagrant:

Only on rare occasion do we really have that many players. Suggest we reduce to 10-20 or something.

We should have a link to the docs either on the top bar or on the side (or both)

As part of the prep paragraph we could call out the Docs in a link. Maybe point to specific pages like the FAQ, How to Play and Game Manual.

It would be great for the server to explain it

If it is technically feasible, it would be helpful if the time of the next turn change was displayed on the game page so that players could see this information without having the game at hand.
