Native macOS menu bar app heavily inspired by Apple's Time Machine and Backblaze's MacBackup to perform scheduled backups using restic.
This is a fork of ResticScheduler with additional features and bug fixes.
- Built-in restic binary (but using a custom one is also possible)
- Back up on your own schedule with smart time handling
- SFTP, REST, S3 (+ compatible) or local repository types
- List of included/excluded files/folders
- Custom command-line arguments
- Backup success/failure hooks
These are outdated but you get the picture.
this is being distributed in the spirit of old open source. you get to download and figure out how to compile it yourself. no complaining. AI makes it easy.
