It depends on if your file has .fit or .tcx files. The default is .fit)- copy
strava.plistto~/Library/LaunchAgents/strava.plist - edit
strava.plistand specify the absolute path to theupload.shscript and the location of your Activities folder launchctl load ~/Libarary/LaunchAgents/strava.plist
launchctl unload ~/Libarary/LaunchAgents/strava.plist
$HOME/.strava-auto-uploadcontains the last file uploaded and a log of everything
there is a bug with postfix configuration with Mountain Lion that causes an error. This fixed it for me:
sudo mkdir -p /Library/Server/Mail/Data/spool
sudo /usr/sbin/postfix set-permissions
sudo /usr/sbin/postfix start
if you can't send email from your desktop (in case port 25 is blocked on your network), setup postfix to send email through your gmail account.
