Add /join command

Als nutzer möchte ich den /join command eingeben können und erwarte, dass der Discord Bot meinem voice Channel beitritt.
Wenn ich mich in keinem Voicechannel befinde, soll der Bott eine Fehlermeldung ausgeben.

Remove old code

In order to process further the old code will be removed.
Old code can still be found in branches production and voice_control.
