It's not worth doing in a semi-typed language.

This should be an api like:

$injector->delegate('ClassName|instanceName', function ($instance) {
    ...; /* do things with $instance like configuring properties or wrapping it in another container */
    return $instance; /* the return value is the new injected value for the specified name */
});

It would be great to be able to temporarily override injection parameters while still falling back to a parent container.

This should be possible.

List of blocking issues (will update as needed):

• Need to update the travis config to remove the test section and add hhvm to the build matrix.

The injector should search up parent classes to find instances along the tree.
