Build the model in Keras/TF
Hi @LouisFoucard,
I want to build the model in Keras but I a have some questions about if you don't mind. Firstly, is there a paper explaining this model, and in the code you are using Upscale2DLayer. Is it like Conv2DTranspose? if No. Do you know the difference?
