IMAP4 Rev2 Support

IMAP4 Rev2 Spec

Rev2 is out as of August 2021. Yay. But it means we want to make sure we're compatible. Mostly it looks like interop is easy enough to do from a client perspective, but supporting both will become more important as more servers start to implement. Some features and things are removed.

Will need to plan for if this can be handled behind the scenes from the main API, or if we will need to have a Rev1/Rev2 configuration.
