This error happens when you have keyword with match type (broad, phrase exact) and then you have same keyword with negative match

Master nor v201109 branch does not work under Google Adwords API version v201109. Gotta switch to v201109 till the end of February.

When using characters with diacritics - in campaign name, ad group name, keywords - like "Žluťoučký kúň" for example, SOAP request fails.

When I switched from curb to HTTPI default adapter, it works. So, as a temporary solution, please use the branch 0-0-6.

I'll either fix curb setting or move from curb to other adapter.

When you use find complete on Campaign in method to_hash

Adapi::Campaign.find_complete(id).to_hash

should not be listed deleted and negative keywords (possibly they should be moved to separate array ex. kws_negative, kws_deleted)

In a list of keywords for ad group, user can still see keywords that have been "deleted" in AdWords web application.

Deleting keywords works (as in examples/delete_keyword.rb), this is something else. Gotta figure out what it means when keyword is marked as "deleted" in AdWords web application, it might not be the same thing as deleting keyword by id.
