(enhancement): add support for reading tsconfig.json
You should be able to load tsconfig.json files, parse them and use them as configurations.
(enhancement): add support for setting extensions to watch.
It should be possible to set extensions so that changes are observed and it restarts.
(enhancement): add loading environment variables
Must add feature to load environment variables using flags
example:
