YoloV3 training on coco with tensorflow 2.0. this is a minimal implementation on yolov3 algorithm. Here are what have been done:

• A det-txt annotation format for training;
• Training on coco, and trainlist file generate script;
• Exporting model to tflite;
• Exporting model with fp16 and int8 inference;

Install

You should have tensorflow-2.0-rc installed.

hi
i think zzh8829/yolov3-tf2 implementation has bug. specialty in training.
I test it for training just one img but loss didn't decrease properly.
what is the problem with it?

Please elaborate on how rectangle image input is supported.

Stated in README.md is that improvement includes: Add un-same-width image input (wider images). But I failed to train or predict with input size which is non-square.
