Resize the canvas to fit the window.

Favicon is blank and never updates. Not quite sure why this is.

When the bitclock tab is backgrounded for long periods of time the clock stops updating. It may be that browsers limit the number of interval events persecond in background tabs. See: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6032429/chrome-timeouts-interval-suspended-in-background-tabs

If this is the case, we may need to handle timer events in a web worker and pass tick messages to the main clock code: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Guide/Performance/Using_web_workers

Enable toggling 12 and 24 hour time.

Allow users to select their own foreground and background colors.

Add support for setting the time zone manually.

Create a settings panel.
