zoom-custom-ui-wpf's Issues

Why Device ComboBox is null at runtime

I downloaded the project I run successfully but all combo boxes are null in debug I found VideoDevice is null!
I'm

  • using windows 2012
  • Installed Zoom SDK and the own application
  • there is no error in compile

zoom -custom

hi MR
please send for me video step by step configuration and setup zoom-custom-ui-wpf

Meeting status goes to MEETING_STATUS_DISCONNECTING

When I run the code, the Zoom SDK gets initialized successfully but the meeting immediately gets disconnected (MEETING_STATUS_DISCONNECTING status).

I verified that the SDK key, secret, meeting number, passcode I am using is accurate.

I tried adding _logService.Log messages in the OnMeetingStatusChanged method and I can see that the status goes from "MEETING_STATUS_CONNECTING" to "MEETING_STATUS_DISCONNECTING" status.

I can also see that the JoinMeetingAsync method reaches a timeout while trying to join the meeting.

Same SDK credentials, meeting number, password works for me in another C# SDK sample which has a basic video rendering approach.

Any help in this regard is appreciated.

A few additional notes:

  • .NET framework: 4.7.2
  • Used the get-zoom-libraries.bat to get the required project libraries
  • Solution builds successfully and the Zoom SDK initializes successfully, but as mentioned above, I am unable to join meeting and render video

Which Windows Client SDK version?
v5.5.1.1317
my device information :
Device: [HP probook]
OS: [ Windows 10 pro]

Works great, having issues packaging

I'm using this WPF application as a starting point for my own client. Everything works fantastically in Visual Studio 2019, but when I copy the compiled release as is, or in an MSI, any machine that I put the executable on gives me this error:

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'zoom_sdk_dotnet_wrap.dll' or one
of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

Is there something special that needs to be done for distribution? Did you ever distribute this client to other platforms @luferau?
