missing annotations

Hi! Thanks for the awesome repo!

I tried running run_evaluation.m, setting the dataset = 'OTB100' and I get the following error:

Unable to read file '/data/unified_tracking_benchmark/tracker_benchmark_v1.0/anno/att/kitesurf.txt'. No such file or directory.

Presumably I need to download the annotations for the full OTB set, however you might want to consider putting these in the repo to prevent confusion.
