Fix JS error when attempting to view details 

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null
    at showClassDetail (test_report copy.html:143)
    at <anonymous>:1:1

Update visual style

Some things to consider

  1. Use brighter colors
  2. Use a unicode close icon
  3. Allow the Test detail output to expand beyond 500px (since large output then looks odd)
