nbn-service-check's Issues

primaryAccessTechnology is not showing the type of NBN service correctly

The current mainstream NBN services are FTTP and FTTC, but it is strange that for some residential addresses primaryAccessTechnology feeds correctly as Fibre to the Curb, but sometimes it only shows Fibre, where Fibre can stand for both FTTP and FTTC.

In other words, is it possible for primaryAccessTechnology to display exactly whether it is FTTP or FTTC - for example, on the Launtel website, when a user enters an address, it visually displays the best NBN service available for that residential address.

PS:
For me, internet speed (both download and upload speeds) is one of the main factors in my choice of property, so when I'm looking for a property, those that offer FTTP services are my priority. For example, when I am sifting through properties in the Melbourne CBD, it is a very slow process to enter addresses one by one to get their NBN service type. So I've written a Python crawler script for this purpose and when it's fully functional I'll build a website to provide this service for picky people like me.

I hope this may answer your confusion as to why it is so crucial that FTTP and FTTC are returned correctly.

Hello,

It looks like this isnt working at the moment, and having a high level look at your code it appears to be due to the fact that my republic are no longer selling NBN.
