The definition of duplicate date-time value

Does two different date-time value in ISO 8601 format at the same moment consider duplicate? For example, 1111-01-01T05:00:00+05:00 and 1111-01-01T00:00:00Z?

If so, convert all date-time to GMT time to remove duplicates. Write two functions for two potential requirements.

change hashing key to long integer

This should improve the speed of hashing.
First convert time zone to "Z", then calculate absolute time in seconds: Long = year * month * day * hour * minute * seconds.

Add JUnit tests

Add JUnit tests: black box and white box test cases.
