Custom base sequence
How about some functions that allow one to have a custom sequence other than "ABC...Zabc..z"? It would enable the support for foreign character systems as well, such as Hiragana/Katakana in Japanese.
What about --offset multiples of 52?
caesarlib --method encipher --offset 52 --text Carolus\ Magnus
Result: Carolus Magnus
Offset: 52

@Natim what is this function meant to test exactly? I couldn't comprehend it and temporarily uncommented the function as a result. I hope that's okay.
Handle --random
It would be nice to add a --random option to the CLI tool to choose an offset automatically.
The offset could be returned as the CLI exit code.
Encipher/decipher at 1 & 2 ... causes strange behaviour
