Hi I was searching for documentation on how to create a proposal but didn't find any or see any way to accomplish it from the UI. Has this feature been enabled if not are there plans to do so?

When creating a new validator with staking create-validator command, I got the follow:

It simply does not send the create message.

If you complete a transaction using the lum wallet the resulting tx hash has lowercase letters:

Searching the explorer for the tx like this doesn't find a result:

I can go to Mintscan and find that tx:

If I take their capitalized version of the tx and search the explorer again, I can find the tx:
