Feature Requests: Toggle button and splitter bar

Hey,
Nice splitter. I am using Syncfusion's and not happy with it. They have a toggle button to open and close the splitter pane; however, it is not user friendly at all. Any chance you could add this to your component?

It is a small icon that appears when the user is hovering over the bar to let them click to close and open the pane.

We need to use a spliter componente in our Blazor app, and we found your project, awesome work.

But we realiced that you are using a preview Blazor version, and unfortunatly it's not compatible with our app, that is made with "Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components 3.1.0"
