data_scrapper

  • Simple program that takes hit music data from billboards.com and uses that to create playlists of popular song choices
  • Need python 3.0 and a package installer (pip)
  • For the data grabbing class: must import: requests, lxml.html, pandas
  • to create the dataframes and run need pickle and pandas
  • to use the sql server must pip install psycopg2
