Cannot navigate between notes for the same class

I need to be able to navigate between all of the notes for a given class.

Fix routing

It seems like all of the routes are not prefixed with /note/, which is not backward compatible with the old directory structure, and results in a double building of HTML files. Need to fix this.

question about Introduction to Graduate Algorithms

Dear author, thanks for your tremendous efforts in producing these materials which help me a lot. I am wondering that whether you will update the course named Introduction to Graduate Algorithms. It seems that it is a compulsory course. Thanks!

RAIT class only contains the first 4 lectures

Hi, thanks for your contribution. I am taking RAIT class this semester and find that the lecture notes for RAIT class only contain the first 4 lectures till Kinematic Bicycle Model: 101. Are you planning to update the lecture notes for RAIT class? It would be a great help for the students taking this class.
