Hmm. Yes and no.
It supports dragging and dropping onto the program while opened.
But it doesn't support dragging and dropping onto the .exe to launch the program with the files/folders dragged as input parameters.

This is a handy way of opening the software, especially with a shortcut/hotkey to launch it.

This is how I launch my current 3 EXIF metadata viewers that I switch between to check data for SD-generated images.
I have a button in my file browsing software (Directory Opus), and I drag/drop files onto it, or press the button with files selected, to open the selected files in that program. Super useful and a fast /efficient way to work. I have also bound it to a hotkey so I can quickly open them with these programs.
