Issue with ISIpy

Hello

I was working with ISIpy and I believe I found an inconsistency with ISIpy, in the implementation of "pairs".

For what I noticed, by running "process_spiketimes_ISIs" in an array named spikeTimes, the output misses the occurence of spikeTimes[0].

In my evaluation, spikeTimes was set to [46, 148, 170, 215, 240, 277, 780, 853, 908, 917]

However, the variable ISI_functions inside "pairwise_ISI" remains zero untill the index 146.

I'm not very skilled with Python so, could you please take a look and see if I'm mistaken?
