Current Gemfile version is locked to rails ~> 6.0

I'm using active_admin-state_machine with rails v6.1.4 and ActiveAdmin v2.9.0

When rails is launched, I get warnings for each state_action block defined in my active admin classes:
Warning: method <state action> already defined in <ActiveAdmin Controller>

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "rails":

      rails (~> 3.2.14) ruby

Was just looking into adding this gem to my Rails 4.0 project and noticed it is bound to rails 3.2. Is this for any particular reason or does the gemspec just need to be updated?

While reviewing changes in this package, I noticed, that the recent release includes cache dummy data: ref https://my.diffend.io/gems/active_admin-state_machine/0.1.1/1.0.0.pre1

I think it's a mistake and that should be excluded from being in the releases. 🙏 thank you

Not an issue but just an heads up to let people know i release a fork of this awesome library for the workflow gem (https://github.com/geekq/workflow).

I did a lot of modifications who could be reused in that library if we wanna update this library to support latest rails versions: kwent/active_admin-workflow@91493c0
