Though with Docker Compose, we don't have KFP, so we can't launch pipelines, we should however be able to upload and delete assets.
I will change the Quickstart configuration to bring up the UI in admin mode by default using the new env variable REACT_APP_DISABLE_LOGIN that @yhwang added a few days ago. We don't need a login since the user running Docker Compose is the "admin" in this local context.
