Seeking Comprehensive COVID-19 Patient Dataset for Severity Risk Assessment in Big Data Environment

hello ,I'm in need of an extensive database to support my research on COVID-19 patient severity. I'm particularly interested in acquiring a dataset that includes the following features:

Results of respiratory rate analysis
Oxygen saturation levels
Blood pressure readings
Temperature measurements
Laboratory test results
Any additional data that may be valuable for assessing the risk of COVID-19 severity in patients.
As I'll be working within a big data environment, I'm also looking for datasets with a substantial number of entries. Any assistance in locating such a dataset or relevant sources would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help and guidance
