Implement detection and usage of Gemfile about fastlane-action

How this action has to be executed? There is any pre-condition?

I tried to install Fastlane, but I'm getting this error:

Run sudo gem install fastlane -NV
gem: command not found

Apparently the Action is not installing the actual Fastlane tool right? I need to install it on other step? Do you have an example?

On macOS machines, fastlane comes preinstalled. There is no need for any installation step prior to a fastlane step. You can refer to the test repository for an example: https://github.com/maierj/fastlane-action-test
Currently there is the limitation that the action only works on macOS agents.

@amouly Update: Starting with version 0.10.0, the action now also supports ubuntu virtual environments.
