Parisi location menus go off the screen cause they add a ton. That shouldn't be allowed, but they seem to be doing it. Do we fix for parisi only, or make (at least primary nav) menus wrap by default? Probably should, but make sure header menus work as intended still.

Might be worth adding the ability to pass a variable $object_id to mai_get_banner_id( $object_id ).

This way, we could disable the banner for the shop and all products in one shot. Same with pages/posts/categories. We could control the banner in full parts of the website instead of how we have it now, which is globally or per-post/page.

Arghhhh this is terrible. Need to figure out a better way to handle archive settings fallbacks. Maybe skip the fallback altogether and go right to genesis_get_option().

if "enable archive settings" is unchecked, the rest of the archive settings don't show, which is correct. Then if "hide entries" is checked the enable box disappears, which is also correct. BUT when "hide entries" is then unchecked, the enable box appears, unchecked, as well as all the other settings. The other settings should not appear because "enable archive settings" is unchecked.

Do we need to hook in ahead of time to check if post has shortcode and add notices? Or force redirect to cart anytime the shortcode is used with products?

Allow this, but make the side menu an overlay, not push the content over.

Currently this menu type is force disabled if fixed header.

if header is shrunk, and the window resizes, it recalculates the to offset, but then if you scroll back to top it needs to recalculate because the header grows back to default.

May be best to save the initialOffset as a var to re-apply if scroll position is 0.

Whatever the styling of the Woo buttons are on the shop page, all other buttons (hardcoded) take on that styling
