Script didn't catch not readable PID

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
Bash: 5.0.17(1)-release
Version: prerelase
Branch: fix_#1

Description

From time to time it could happen, that the PID returned from netstat is just a "-" the script gives back a warning which destroys the astetics.

reproduce

hardly to determine, depends on the service/process which is causing the output

ideas to fix

catch for valid PID before running ps command.

It isnt working

PORT SCANNED: 22 :: with Service: ssh
Local-Adress           Foreign-Adress         Status  PID      Process
error: process ID list syntax error

Usage:
 ps [options]

 Try 'ps --help <simple|list|output|threads|misc|all>'
  or 'ps --help <s|l|o|t|m|a>'
 for additional help text.
